Yes, I think that TakingITGlobal has given me an opportunity to network with various youth globally, and to gain a better understanding of what is happening internationally. As well I believe that TIG can do even more in terms of creating an inclusive environment for young people to network, gather ideas, and reflect upon their personal challenges, especially with regards to youth in Africa. A good leader must live meaningfully in their lives before leading anyone. They are not only good in commanding, they must be dynamic and diverse, inspiring everyone around them.
They must know how to listen and solve the issues in their community. A good leader needs to be determined, making correct decision and have courage during blunders.
